There's nothing to negotiate, the North Korean's are not changing their position, their terms are unacceptable, so the gamble is not worth it, because there's nothing to negotiate, you fatuous fuckin moron, all you would be doing is sending the message to Pyongyang that nuclear blackmail gets them what they want.
