It's being reported over here that Kim has said he's prepared to end testing on missiles and abandon his nuclear weapons program so long as NK is not under threat. The regime has offered this before.
Does anyone really believe this will happen?

Yeah I tend to agree. I think any dropping of their nuclear weapons program will be linked to the US withdrawal from the peninsula which isn't going to happen.
Might get a concession to stop nuclear testing seeing as NK already has working nukes.

It's a terrible deal for America. If Trump can get rid of nuclear weapons from the peninsula and negotiate a peace deal, then he'd be a legend.
