It very well could have been an empty gesture. All I know is Bolton got his wings clipped pretty damn fast when his loud mouth almost fucked up the NorK Summit.

Nothing New/Status Quo doesn't do it for me. I want to see a radical withdrawl from about 80% of our global footprint. I don't think Trump can do it politically until his second term though.

I'm watching Donald !
 Just one more election, and it'll happen!

I remember the exact same thing being said about Obama.
Maybe, I understand the cynicsm. Trump has been pretty focused on his agenda. Even Dan said he's doing what he said he'd do. Much to the dislike of the Resistance.

Pulling back from all these wars that just cost us money is one of the things he campaigned on.
... along with a massive increase in military spending, and “going after their families”, and never stopping until terrorism is gone from the earth. Then threatening Russia and China, and NK, and bombing Syria, and deploying troops to Niger, and god knows what else.

He’s an MIC candidate, through and through. Accept it.

Side Note: the “wars” don’t cost us money, they justify the money spent on the MIC.
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

Going after their families was okay when Obama did it.

This is why no one takes you people seriously.

I was going to remind you that Dan hasn't put out CS content for several months, but I went to look to be sure. There's a new one - I can't believe it. I thought he was done.
I actually heard him say that a couple times in interviews long after CS was relegated to the dust bin.

Do you have a linke to the CS show you saw ?

I guess the lesson is, if you build your brand on wanting an outsider to shake things up, you better mean it.

When it looks impossible it's easy to spout off about your values, it's a little harder when you have to live with them and defend them.

I look forward to Bolton getting fired, though.

Then the liberals will all defend the guy, and many lulz will be made.

The Age of Bolton was pretty damn short.

God Emperor Trump has banned Bolton from North Korea negotiations.

Well, that's good news. Maybe he's hiring these losers just to piss people off, knowing full well he's getting rid of them ASAP. Bannon, anyone?
Bannon and Trump are like two ships meeting in the night, making a connection realizing that they have common goals, then comes working in together, and then a messy break-up
