Garrison Keillor retired a year ago.
Garrison Keillor, the former host of "A Prairie Home Companion," said Wednesday he has been fired by Minnesota Public Radio over allegations of improper behavior.
Keillor told The Associated Press of his firing in an email. In a follow-up statement, he said he was fired over "a story that I think is more interesting and more complicated than the version MPR heard." He didn't give details of the allegation.

You realize that improper behavior could be telling a colorful joke at work... there are very thin sheets of ice people are treading lately when doing this shit.

Lefty women at these places revealing the assaults hate Trump. Why would they work with the GOP to take down Lefty men
Maybe. Maybe they aren't lefty women at all.
Or maybe you don't know WTF you're talking about.
The most prominent members of a political party are getting launched out of high-profile jobs, at the drop of a hat, and any questioning of wtf is going on, is met with an assumption that it's all true, and they were all scumbags.

This is going to end well.

It will be interesting to watch haw this will be politicized, and used as a political weapon on a national level.

That appears to be exactly what’s happening. Review the last few posts again.

Nope, I've been on the other side of sexual harassment before, but because I was a guy, it didn't happen. So for me, yeah... most of these women, if they had any real cases, would have come forward much, much sooner, instead of riding a wave of popularism.

And don't tell me that people are ashamed it happened... that's utter bullshit in today's world.

Any questioning? You went to GOP attack and Russia. Derp, derp, derp.

I would be less likely to believe these accusations are true is any of these guys actually denied doing them.
Franken - We have photographic proof. He has been apologizing for days and when asked if there are more he couldn't even give a definitive no answer.
Conyers - His own party believe the accuser is telling the truth, but for partisan political reasons won't be vocal about it. Here again we have proof in the form of a settlement. At least one journalists has come forward with stories of how women were warned not to get in an empty elevator with him. Again, no denials from him.
Lauer - Still fresh story, but no denial and someone earlier mentioned his ass grabbing of Couric.
Charlie Rose - No denial, multiple stories.

So which of these would you like me to treat as being fake?

They can't deny doing them. As I mentioned before, it's pointless. Better to simply admit, apologize, and lay low. There is no defense against mob mentality.

Franken - he's a damn comedian, making a joke. It's pretty obvious that he's not "groping" anyone.

I don't know who else could coordinate a propaganda machine like this, except maybe the CIA. Missing a motive though, unless they're doing Trump's bidding.

Umm, there are more stories than that going on about Franken...and if one of them was true, and it was me, I'd have already been arrested.

He also said 'I'm going to have to be more careful,' You know what that means? He's going to have to be careful not to get caught again.
