What exact percentage of European ancestry is the cutoff for whiteness?

Is there a geographical cutoff? Are Russians white? What about people from border regions?

Part of the issue is that Hispanics will call themselves White when they clearly aren't. That's why we have a whole new classification called "White-Hispanic," but I think the FBI etc just lump them in with "White."

When they fuck up, they are "white". When they want gibs, they are "Latino/Hispanic".

When white's fuck up, they are white. When they are applying for college admission or a job, they are white. When laws are passed to discriminate against whites, they are whites but hispanics are not white.

It's only when hispanics commit crimes that suddenly they are white.
