This would be managing the guys who do the cutting, my neighbor has to fly back and forth all the time from Alberta to head office in Toronto, so he's looking for a 2IC he can rely on. There's no problem finding guys to cut the beef, they just bring them in from the Philippines.

For the Filipinos, it's the greatest job they've ever had, they send the money home, and in their villages, they're considered to be rich.

He's says they're all great workers, all they do is work, and they never complain, they're happy go lucky. They get their vacation, they fly back to the Philippines, and they're treated like the conquering heroes coming home.

It's like I say, my neighbor two doors down, he works in the beef industry, runs a meat plant, he's running a plant full of Filipinos cutting beef out in the middle of nowhere Alberta, he looking for help to run it, he knows I was a lead hand in the army, so he turns to me and says "hey, you want a job? He can't find any Canadians who are willing to cut beef, it's all Fillipinos, but he's even hard pressed to find Canadians who want to be managers, in buttfuck middle of nowhere Alberta.
