I think a lot of local governments are seriously considering rounding them all up in the future and let the judges sort it out later. If there is a riot and the cops catch you with a club or a mask, then you get a ride in the paddy wagon.

All that said, hiding your face while claiming to be doing nothing more than exercising your 1A rights does draw suspicion. If nothing else, you look like a pussy. Some of the bravest folks around these days are the ones still rocking Trump bumper stickers.

Pretty sure we already have laws against street violence. I'm willing to wager that we also already have police who are paid to address it. Doesn't seem like we need any more laws for this issue. Just a matter of execution.
