Also, deny them funding? A lot of cities that aren't Chicago or Detroit have little problem self-funding. No one has ever said of most cities, "Wow, what cheap property taxes!"

The how are things like failure to determine or ignoring immigrant status during processing, lax ID laws or just giving drivers licenses away to anyone in CA, refusing to do censuses that reflect immigrant legality and I think welfare is not subject to legal residence restrictions but that might be everywhere.

Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, all of CA and at least NYC and other east coast cities all do the things listed above or down right refuse to hand over illegal immigrants, when caught, to ICE.

Wait wait wait, you're telling me that in California there are rich liberals that care about keeping poor illegals around, but are passing laws to kick homeless people off of their pavement lawns? That shit sounds way to Christian for that godless group of heathens.

Republicans here on the state level are still scared of being called racist. When the cities pull these stunts they should be shut down on the state level but they never will be as long as republicans remain convinced, if they just craft the right message they can turn all these "natural conservatives," into registered republicans. Statistically and historically this rarely happens to the degree they think it will but someday boomers will die and the millinials that had to put up with their shit will replace them. Interestingly this is already trending. Republicans across the board are actually much younger than democrats. Democrats are the real party of OWG and that needs to change. We need democrats that reflect the New Americans to lead us into the bright future of New America.
