Personally, I believe Acosta's behavior is compelling. He is very disruptive and rude to other reporters. I believe Trump & Sanders have every right to have rules for decorum in the press room. I believe a ruling in CNN's favor would only encourage more of his type of behavior.

I'm confused on why people think the press has a right to a white house press conference.

President has to give the State of the Union to congress.

President could hold zero press conferences if they want to. Or only do press conferences with playboy. Or whatever.
