in both cases, threats can be taken seriously, and a search of their public post history can be taken into account, and if the threat is serious enough then i would assume a search warrant could be in order to investigate them further. surely you see a difference between that and a post by itself sending you to jail for fourteen years. i would be upset if a muslim kid was threatened with obscene jailtime too, these petty identity differences are of no consequence here my friend
