Defeat the EPA by pretending it doesn’t exist... good strategy.
Does the department of education control the curriculum of local school districts? You think so, so the EPA controls municipal water systems. You are a dumb stupid idoit who doesn't know how government works. The EPA has as much power over municipal water systems as the Department of Education does over local schools curriculum.
I’m fairly certain they mandate the acceptable levels of lead in the water source, so... yep.
I'm fairly certain they have no meaningful enforcement mechanism to have those mandates mean anything. You wanting this all powerfull big bad federal government because you can't be bothered by county and state goverment because they flummox you, so.....yep.

This one pretty much confirms everything you were saying...and then some.

Good shit. Notice how they blame the Feds only when a Republican is there. When the "last great statesman" was there dirty dick doesn't hold him responsible. Hack bitches gonna hack bitch.

I noticed this myself, but what do you expect from a media that already has an integrated bias? Sometimes you need to look past the bias to get to the truth. The governor was responsible though in a roundabout way, but the Democrats were truly the ones at fault for the fuckup.

Well, what’s important here is that we managed to devolve yet another issue into party politics. I appreciate that kind of incisive logic.

It was always party politics from the beginning... where have you been?

Not really. We used to discuss issues themselves, rather than which political club was to blame.

Nothing prevents discussion of both. Pretending that discussing one precludes discussion of the other is asinine.

The one always seems to get drowned out by the other.
