Re: The Era of Biden
it's like when I was a soldier back in the 80's, Cold Warrior
I was not indoctrinated nor trained to be a yes man
there is a thing called Mission Command
mission over men, to include the men who are puffed up officers who don't have a clue
if someone in the chain of command, no matter what their rank, orders you off mission, you can refuse
respectfully, sir, I cannot obey that order
as it is in my view unlawful, contrary to the mission as per the commanders stated intent
some idiot officer orders me to take my troops into a kill zone like that, I just say no
go ahead and court martial me, I welcome the opportunity to testify against your negligence as necessary, sir
tell you what, that might wreck your career, but the officer will back down, and your troops will be saved
better to be a Corporal4life with honour than a crony officer who throws his own troops under the bus
the whole point of being an NCO is protecting the kids from the incompetence of these Ruperts
they can go back into the huddle and come up with a better plan, with force protection ttp's, or they can fuck right off
maybe you can order me to take my troops over the top into the forlorn hope in extremis, backs against the wall
but you can't order me to do that for gate duty, when it comes to operations other than war, force protection is paramount
so it's not just the Democrats who killed that lady's son
the whole chain of command killed her son, right down to the NCO's at platoon level who failed to execute ttp's competently
if you don't have enough force protection in an humanitarian assistance operation ?
then the humanitarian assistance stops until you can secure the ground properly
if somebody back in Washington complains, you just tell them stand by, and otherwise ignore them

TLDR: Lady judge says since being arrested repeatedly for illegally entering America effects Latinos more than anyone else, it's racist. If You Thought The Classrooms Were Bad, There’s a More Toxic Strain of Critical Race Theory Flowing From US Courtrooms
Critical Race Theory has become the central issue in American politics over the past year, thanks largely to the efforts of commentators like Christopher Rufo and army of grassroots parent activists standing up against the anti-white, anti-American poison being taught in American schools.
But Critical Race Theory, or CRT, didn’t originate in America’s primary schools. CRT began as a legal doctrine within America’s law schools — and it is in this capacity that it can still do the most damage.
Case in point: A federal judge in Nevada just recently demonstrated the potential of CRT as a legal doctrine in what might be called America’s first entirely CRT-driven constitutional ruling. If allowed to stand, this ruling would enshrine open borders as a permanent feature of American law....
...The specific statute in question is Section 1326 of the U.S. code. Section 1326 makes it a felony for previously-deported individuals to re-enter the United States. The default prison term for such an offense is up to two years in prison. Sentences can range as long as twenty years in prison, however, for offenders like Carrillo-Lopez who had previously been deported for illegal behavior.
Indeed, illegal reentry accounted for more than 20,000 cases in 2019 alone, making it one of the most common criminal charges brought in federal court.
The Section 1326 law therefore serves an important role, as it offered an easily-provable crime enabling the punishment and removal of foreign criminals — that is, until Judge Du declared that Section 1326 is racist.
Du opened her ruling by observing that Section 1326 has a so-called “disparate impact” on “Latinx” defendants....

There is a time for good men to do bad things.

Re: The Era of Biden
that is what they are all like now
don't forget how fast things turn over in the military
this was emplaced by Obama, Trump couldn't do anything about it
the whole military is Woke now
even the men in the military have been brainwashed to be male feminists
it's just not your military anymore, they literally view half the country as being enemies of the state
