Hospitals are corrupt as all hell. It'd be interesting if it's actually COVID-19 that damages the lungs or if it's the hospital just hooking people up to ventilators immediately.

The suicide may actually bring some attention to this. The ventilator idiocy has to stop.

Re: Coronavirus thread
It's not going to bring attention to squat. The media narrative is, "The rigors of this pandemic took it's toll on a healthcare worker." They'll drape a flag over her coffin and continue to do the same crap they've been doing. Got a cough? Give 'em the vent, bucko, we get 30k from Medicare every time we hook one of these bad boys up. Daddy needs a new vacation home.

EDIT: I edited out armchair-psychologist posting.Aside from work, Dr. Breen filled her time with friends, hobbies and sports, friends said. She was an avid member of a New York ski club and traveled regularly out west to ski and snowboard. She was also a deeply religious Christian who volunteered at a home for older people once a week, friends said. Once a year, she threw a large party on the roof deck of her Manhattan home.
She was very close with her sisters and mother, who lived in Virginia.

Re: Coronavirus thread
People aren't being hooked up to vents because the hospitals are corrupt. This is how they have been trained to deal with similar illnesses. COVID is brand new to everyone. They are doing the best they can with the information they have been given so far. Over time they will learn more about it and adjust treatment accordingly. Some of these hospitals are overwhelmed right now. They do not have enough staff for this if things get like New York. So they do the only thing they can, they take staff from other areas and ask them to help where they can.

So you know why she took her life, do you? You think she killed herself because too many people are being put on vents? No, it's because these workers are dealing with patient death and workloads on a level none of them could have imagined.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Mon Apr 27, 2020 10:48 pmThe suicide may actually bring some attention to this. See, that's the thing. They are screaming about not having enough workers, and yet they have hotels full of nurses and other medical personnel that aren't working. Something doesn't pass the smell test, here.PartyOf5 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 6:03 amPeople aren't being hooked up to vents because the hospitals are corrupt. The original video C-Mag posted now has the woman's face censored. I downloaded a copy of it yesterday because I figured YouTube would just remove it eventually.
