Getting rid of rules isn't the same as taking action.
You think NN was repealed because it had no effect?
Is that what you’re communicating here?

Maybe we need to take this all the way back to understanding verbs, aka action words. Overturning, cancelling, rescinding, and/or nullifying are certainly actions.

Did you tell Sessions that? He’s under the impression that his action actually has an effect. Maybe you could impart your vast understanding to him and save him much wasted effort in the future.

Much ado about nothing. Just because he took action, doesn't mean that action will have a big effect on the status quo.

Oh, now it is an action.

Why won’t people argue with you?

Winner.

Meaningless action. Anti-Obama Hard On Drugs Virtue Signaling, nothing more. Quit panicking faggot, Session hasn't cracked down on legal weed because he threw out a memo, be real.

Just another rule gotten rid of that was met with infinite bemoaning about the end of the internet as we know it. And then nothing happened.

Before the memo, during the Bush years (and early Obama) there were bunches of high profile drug raids on businesses doing nothing illegal at the state level.

Removal of this memo makes that okie dokie again.

Just because it hasn't happened yet (all one day of it) doesn't mean it won't.
Account abandoned.

Me and Okee are the only dudes in this thread who even know what is going on, and y'all want to act like you are all experts and I'm talking out of my ass?

That was before the latest legalization push, and if that were to happen again, Sessions or the future US AG would need to write a memo that made that happen, just striking the Obama memo down, does fuck all. Like I said, wait until he actually does something before panicking, he hasn't done fuck all yet, aside from token meaningless action. It's about appearing to be hard on drugs, without actually being hard on drugs, but the rubes buy it, and that's all that matters, nothing of consequence has happened or will happen, just because Obama's memo was thrown out.

When the AG writes a new memo dictating federal resources be used against legal marijuana, then come and talk to me, until then quit your bitching.

Actually, you’re the only ones thus far proven to have no idea of what’s going on. You in particular, who didn’t even know Sessions had done anything when you first posted.

That’s why the amount of actual engagement you two command falls well below what others have achieved in this thread.
