Time could just be denoted in GMT such that, for example, a store hours are denoted in +2 to +12.

You'd lose some ease of adjusting to local time. Locals would all be used to those times, but visitors and travelers will not. It is easier to adjust your watch to the new time zone so that 7 am is 7 am.

I want same time in every place+same amount of light simultaneously. 7pm in Georgia while being 7pm in Alaska, with the same brightness. None of this getting dark early shit

At least get rid of Central Time. It's a total fiction. Everyone in Central actually operates on Eastern. Everything from rush hour to TV airing is an "hour ahead".
