Has this so called parent not read the medical advice about not feeding nuts to under 5s? An allergy to nuts is increased exponentially by letting under 5s eat nuts. This is a clear case of neglect and she should be imprisoned and her children taken away from her. We need more government intervention in cases like this.

Are you fucking serious? Update yourself, it is now the exact opposite. If you don't expose your kids to nuts earlier on the more likely they will develop an allergy, it is also genetic. If my 3 year old couldn't have peanut butter he would starve.
