It doesn't, do you know the difference between a conviction and allegations? Do you know the difference between a routine background check and a security clearance? They are not the same thing. A budget secretary can do the job without a clearance. It limits your career but such as it is not a problem. The reason people are resigning because idiots like you can't tell the difference.

For the love of god you supported an administration that wanted to ban asking federal job applicants about felony convictions. Do you pay the slightest bit of attention to anything?
