In fact, indulging them in their obviously erroneous self-perception is harmful to them.
Seems like a reasonable call.

I'm not saying it's ok not to hire transgender people, or we should shun them from the workplace and force them into a life of poverty and desperation because they can't find employment. I'm saying I think it's reasonable not to force employers to buy into their self-identity or to force employers to accommodate their self-identity.

Agreed. And at least we are parting ways with the nitwittery that is going on in Canada right now, with people being forced by quasi-governmental organizations to pledge personal loyalty to the leftist groupthink just to make a living.

It's not the employer's job or concern to determine mental health. If we're really depending on them to do so, then we are severely fucked.
