But they are our illiterates. All we have to do is let a few cities go and they will flock to those places, and leave real America behind. Meanwhile, we will help you guys get all the gardeners and fruit pickers you can handle (and much more). Think of it as our way of atoning for our white privilege to help these poor migrants find a suitable home in the great white north. We can even get their Canadian welfare applications started while we are transporting them north.

I'm likin' the Mexico-to-Canada pipeline idea but don't know if we need it anymore, Trump has shut down most of the Illegals with his mouth.

Other than Vancouver, I find that most Latinos don't really like it here, it's too cold for their tastes, so I'd be wary of the to-Canada aspect of that plan, pretty sure most of them will be hanging much closer to the Sun Belt. I'd watch out for the ol' bypass Mexican border, come back into USA from Canadian side manuever if I was you.

Personally, I don't see Trumpism as having legs, so I would be looking for the flow to reserse itself at some point, because again, given a choice between Canadian winter, and the American Sun Belt, Latin Americans tend to gravitate to the climate that they prefer, closer to where they're from, Canada is a harsh mistress after all, come the winds of November.

I'd say "sneaking" is a misnomer, these people are literally coming up to the border in plain sight broad daylight, walking up to the nearest Mountie and saying "please arrest us", bear in mind, all those people in Olympic Stadium, have been processed by the RCMP already, they didn't go there on their own, that's where the Mounties put them.

Since these folks have turned themselves in to the authorities, they have technically complied with the law, and are then entitled to a hearing, but I think they're going to be disapointed to find out, that they can't actually claim asylum in Canada, from the United States, and so the vast majority of their claims will be rejected, and under the third party agreement with the USA, they will in the end be deported back to the USA, and the USA will end up taking them back, whether Donald Trump & Co rants and raves about it or not, if Donald Trump is even still President by then, which is not a given.
