Who even said "shut down" immigration? Merit based points system? That's how Canada and Australia do it, and it's not like were not lousy with liberal elites. 500,000 immigrants per year? That's 1980's levels of immigration, there's nothing radical about the Trump immigration proposal, it's the liberal elites immigration levels, from 1985.

I mean, if you went back to the 1980's, and told them that you wanted to double the number of immigrants per year? The liberal elites at the time, would have said "no way, too many too fast".

Obviously no one is talking about shutting down immigration but we have more advocates than any time since 1924 for stopping the dilution of our blue collar work force. Mind you that is juxtaposed against US government payed ads targeted at Mexicans telling them to come here to get SNAP.

We're making progress. Not as much as I would like but even two years ago when I started caring about the issues I never would have thought there would be any pushback.

Of course none of this means anything right now. The Republican Party is fucking cucked. Probably shake out to nothing happening or something happening.

I don't think the Blue Collar workers are actually losing their jobs to immigrants, but it doesn't really matter, if that's what they think, and the Democrats defy them, then the Democrats ain't getting the Blue Collars back, and if the Democrats ain't getting the Blue Collars back, the Democrats are going nowhere fast, Trump or no Trump, if it's not Trump who beats them, it will be somebody else, Trump has tapped into something, which will continue to be an achilles heel for the liberals, long after Trump is gone.

It still hasn't sunk in yet, they have lost the Blue Collars, and they're not actually well positioned to get them back, they haven't yet figured it out; Ohio is not a Blue State anymore, and that is spreading, it's not going in a Democrat friendly direction, and its picking up pace as it goes.

Well for blue collars there is a bit of selfishness going on and some of that selfishness is "why the fuck should I compete with Juan?"

The lie that is blowing up in their face is that white people wont work those jobs. News flash, I've worked nearly every job in my life (outside of steel mills,) with illegals. Yeah I do those jobs and so does Jedi. If the labor market was more in demand we would get payed more like 15 an hour like I make at the mill for doing those jobs along side illegals.

The industrial facet of our job force has been getting hollowed out for a while and I'm not blaming that on immigrants but for some reason every time the issue comes up suddenly all these Hollywood elite and New York values and co become free market ancaps while John McCain starts singing like a song bird how he would never work on a farm.

The fucking jig is up for both parties. Importing people to fill a deficit is one thing but pretending we EVER had a defecit in the labor market is a joke. On top of that if there were even a fucking deficit I wonder """WHY""" the fuck that could be? Quite frankly, young people in general are bad for business, soon as a client sees a bunch of a Millenials working for you, they think "uh-oh", if they see grown assed men, fortysomethings, that gives the client more confidence, when it comes to hiring, best to just stay away from young people altogether, they ain't worth all the drama, and that's how the customers like it, no drama, everybody knows; Millenial Generation; biggest bunch of good for nothing drama queens there has ever been, but not worth a tinkers cuss, when it comes to putting in the work.

I like working with my boss and everyone else though. Well except for that one trifling nigger. I can talk about him here though right? Yeah let's talk about him here, never mind the orders I fucked up because I wasn't doing my due diligence.

This guy works more than me. A lot more hours because he has two full time jobs and two 401k's. I respect him for that because I wouldn't want two full time jobs, maybe a part time job but he's doing it so he can retire on his 401's. Anyway, fuck that guy. He's always hollering at me or someone else about having to do extra work and he's always pulling people aside to bad mouth someone else. I don't like him. Now me, I work hard and never volunteer negative information about anybody to anyone. Even when it's my boss. They cut for me when I fuck up and I cut right back for them. It's happened. He's second infantry so maybe that's why.

Well long story short, my bosses love me because I don't start drama. I'm actually a very live and let live guy. It's only online I act like an asshole. Well what I'm saying is that I think people see how introverted I am and they take it the wrong way. But it's ok. I made good friends with a big ugly dope and he's cutting for me too.
