You know what?
They'll say the same thing about being working in the Trump administration.
Only if you genuinely fuck up on your own, that might be a thing. But otherwise having to go to defend Trump's tweets? Nah.
When it's basically "I was ordered to serve in the White House", the likely response later will be "Oh, now that had to be terrible".
Yeah, McMaster's not likely getting blamed for Trump, and he's being very careful to keep Trump at arms length to make sure he doesn't get too much shit on his lapels, clearly. McMaster will do the job, but he's not taking a bullet for Trump.
Team Trump had an impressive retaliation on the Shows yesterday.
First the good, on MTP NSA Director,General Rodger confirmed not only the normality of creating back channels, he also explained effectively why they are needed. The bad could be interesting. Towards the end of the interview Cuck Todd ask Dir. Rogers about the leaks and specifically about the Manchester leak. Now Rogers gets through most the answer with out any red flags but at a point in his rambling, clock eating response he says something akin to "leaks from the highest levels, are near treason". Once he made that remark Old Cucky's ear turnt up and he quickly repeated back "Treasonous"??, kinda like Scooby Doo when he hears details of the villain they are about to encounter. Then Todd quickly references Manchester leaks again and gets the Gen to repeat his statement about treasonous leaks.
I believe when the General was talking about treason he was mainly referring to the Cabinet level leaks against the White House. Todd's eagerness to tie it to Manchester concerns me because I believe the leaker of that was certainly from the Bannon side to put the leaks in an ever more negative light and to show to the world the sophistication of the threat. This could be bad news for Team Bannon.

At the 34:40 Some white girl obliterates the back channel narrative by comparing the Obama admin's actions in 2007 in setting up a back channel with Iran. An excellent defense. On a friendlier venue she would be drinking from their skulls but on MTP they are able to tag team her but she really impressed me. Who is this gal?
Another strong showing came from Lindsey Graham on State of the Union in what I suspect is an attempt to get back in Trump's good graces after the outing of his staffer being responsible for some of the leaks.
Graham does a great job of comparing the Kushner intel to the Hillary Fake Email intel stating that if one was fake how do we not know this is fake. Then he said if this Kushner intel is real he's going after Clinton and the AG email. He destroyed Dana. Possible my only favorite moment of Lindsey Graham ever.
You also had McMaster come out and defend Trump but Mattis did cuckout. #SAD

CNN needs to be careful giving so much airtime to rational observers.
