That you don't know what it is... is probably due to your White Privilege.

I said really is, I know what they are making it out to be... honestly to me it's a key phrase the liberals have made up to show that "racism still exists" even though they are the ones attempting to keep it going.

Racism exists and too many people do ignore it and the white power structure. Too many people of color do have their lives destroyed by racism. This is a good reminder.

Buuuuuut.

It's gone from a reminder to a club and excuse. A majority of poor people are white, and not every black person in prison because of abuse and racism. Some, just like some whites, are jackasses, crooks, thugs, and losers. And the political, economic, and social power structure does oppress most Americans.

However, too many, too often act like if you are white you excrete Rainbows and Unicorns from your posterior. Therefore life must be just marvelous. You cannot be poor or unemployment or beaten by cops or just have life suck. No, John cannot be right and Jamal cannot be wrong. And it is most often used by college students of all colors.

You mean the white power structure that selects inferior people for jobs because they are not white rather than job qualifications, allots a huge number of admissions to universities based on a person not being white, organizes most of the scholarship opportunities to openly discriminate against white students, etc.?

What appeasement? So the black misleadership (there is a black upper class btw) class sells out the black community for a place at the trough, just like too many "liberal" politicians do. A few blacks get a job, big fucking deal. Most poor blacks and whites are still out in the cold. Appeasement my posterior.
