The federal government should not be relied upon, it's too big, you can't control it, and it's utterly corrupt and captured by entrenched interests.

It's the like federal carbon tax here, the only people getting hit with it, is the individual homeowner, gas and power prices are going through the roof, but giant carbon emitting industrial interests are getting a pass, they are entrenched, they can capture the regulator, so they get to skate on the carbon tax, as with all Liberal scams; it's just a money grab, and they are only going after the easy target; the little guy.

Trump's actually gettting a lot of shots in for the Right, he's laying a beat down on the EPA, he's doubling down on private prisons and harsh sentencing, he's cracking down on labour entrenched interests, he's letting the anti-abortion folks off the leash, he's bashing away on LGBTQSJW pandery, he's giving Wall Street a pass, he's rattling the immigrants something fierce, Trump is actually putting all sorts of stick about, sabotaging the whole Obama agenda with alacrity.

From a regluatory stand point, Trump is giving the GOP entrenched interests a free shot at all their nemeses.

What a topsy turvey set of priorities you have. Private prisons means a profit is going to be made, but only if somebody goes to prison. We're already the most highly imprisoned country on the planet. We don't need more of our citizens in prison.

I actually LIKED the EPA regulation that companies clean up after themselves. You don't clean up after yourself? You expect the taxpayers of Canada to clean up your messes?

When did you become a liberal stooge? Private prisions dont thrill me but profit aint got nothing on the lobbying of public employee unions that own the Democrats. Break these unions, I get rid of private prisons tomorrow. The EPA has been a unregulated monster, who have taken Chevron deference to a tyrannical level. At ease, soldier. I love the Leafs. It all goes back to my nice June vaca-ca in Toronto back in 95. I loved SkyDome, but couldn't adopt the Jays, for obvious reasons, but I adopted the Leafs as my Eastern Conference team then, and still hold them next to the hearth now.


I'm just having some fun, basking in the glorious virtual SoCal sunshine, following a successful Duck hunt, they are harder to kill than hawks of any color, and what is a "Blue" even supposed to be? Blue, Blues, Leafs, leaves, singin dem blues, anyway I heard that penguins are pretty easy to shoot, although I'd personally rather eliminate a roster full of senators any day.

Well, I can't really root against Nashville anyways, of all the Bettman bets on Southern US teams, Nashville has got to have the best and most deserving fanbase, I'm just ABO; Anybody But Ottawa, I don't hate on any of the US teams, and certainly not Nashville, looks like the kind of place I would love to watch a hockey game, the fans are great, it's right there on the strip, I should plan a trip.
