Arizona ruled against a baker on the exact same type of case just a few days ago.
Because when this cake was asked for, gay marrage was not allowed, was it allowed at the time of the 2nd ruling?
Also, my point is proven, SCOTUS doesn't deal with emotion. Hence why it reversed the ruling, because the the original ruling by the board and then the lower court were based on emotion, not logic and law.
How can you not see this?
IT DID NOT SAY THAT WHAT THE GOVERNMENT DID WAS WRONG.
IT SAID THEY WERE MEAN IN HOW THEY DID IT.
