Dankula claimed it was a joke pointing out the idiocy of Nazi's, and how the joke wasn't made in hate as you claim, he simply didn't apologize for offending people who were looking to be offended. You just don't accept his word, and prefer your own mindreading, I am simply giving him the benefit of the doubt, and don't trust your courts to read his mind and determine his motive based on this poorly worded vague law, and I don't trust you to do that either.

Restricting free speech does not reduce racial hatred which leads to hate crimes, that may be the intention, but the results don't match the intentions and are counter-productive. By trying to reduce racial hatred via censorship, that fuels the hatred by silencing the opposition and giving them even more reasons to lash out.

If you truly want less race baiters in the world, censorship doesn't help that cause, you might feel like it does help your cause, but you have no evidence to back that up, just feelz. Yet you want to restrict fundamental human freedoms based on nothing but feelz, so you might want to rethink the utility of censorship in attaining your desired outcome.
