This is not to say that the Leafs have to go out and make these sorts of deals, there's no reason for the Leafs to rush, the whole bugaboo about the window closing in the next two years is nonsense, but, if they could get a moneyball deal for a Weber and/or a Toews, that would be worth the stretch.

Speed skating is so goofy. They go 10 mph for half the race. Just cut the distance then, and be done.
