The Marxist kangaroo courts in universities are anathemas to human intelligence.
Making a policy of not releasing names to the public until after the trial could easily be done in the US without it being unconstitutional. Just if the press somehow go their hands on the names you would not be able to punish them for releasing that information under the Constitution. It just comes down to using contract law. First when government employees take a job they would have to agree to not release the names of anyone prior to or during a trial. Then you would also have a law saying an accuser has to sign a gag order prior to filing any accusations, and a defendant could not know who the accuser was prior to signing a gag order failure to sign a gag order would be considered admission of guilt. Any of their representatives would have to sign similar gag orders. If anyone breaks the gag order you would have the right to pursue civil recourse.
In your opinion, why would failure to sign a gag order be an admission of guilt? I agree that people should have a right to privacy, and in certain kinds of publicized trials, the press can be quite toxic, but that seems a bit much.

It isn't that I think it would be an admission of guilt, it would have to be considered admission of guilt in order to make such a policy effective. Without it there would be no incentive for the defendant to sign the gag order even though everyone else had already signed it. I don't think this policy would be the most ethical, but it would be the only way to do it under the Constitution.

:lol: Yeah, that is funny; but no, she did actually say that. She might've said, Marcon's mom... er, wife, but she kept it classy. The woman met him when he was fifteen, she was married, thirty-nine, and his teacher--the French are a bit strange in that way, but... seriously?

So the best hope for the Left in France is a 'rape victim' and his attacker.. :twisted:
If they had SJWs, their heads would be exploding.

Also, making Trump look like a Ken doll is fucking hilarious.
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

UKIP take a beating in the local council elections. Only one seat won and over 130 seats lost. They are now a dead party, even the Green party won more seats.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

You know what comes next, right? Those people aren't going away. They're just going elsewhere.

See, tea party--->Trump.

The former UKIP councillors will return to being nobodies. There is no longer any place for them in British politics. The voters have returned to the Tory party. Story over, no more power for right wing nationalists, they got their referendum and now they have no more reason to exist.
They will not be missed...........

That's assuming the referendum is honored. With talk in parliament of not having to actually abide by it, they are playing with fire. If that happens, they aren't going to go back to UKIP to try again. You're gonna get something more drastic. We're in our second round of it right now, and it looks like we're gonna have to go a third round at least before people wise up.
