Honestly, I can see flags being controlled by zoning because people will abuse the freedom. Those flags could just as easily be used to advertise for their business which is why I am sure that restriction is in place. Prob a reg against street signage and people got around by flying a bunch flags...

The city council should amend the law to exclude "official" flags or the next thing you know they will be flying flags like this...

I have no personal issue with that flag. But, I wouldn't oppose measures to make sure porn stays off signage of any type. Is this your issue? Too much porn on the flags?

Note - these were MILITARY flags, flying on a private businesses building in a MILITARY town. Crazy.
