Re: BREAKING: Las Vegas Active Shooter
How to trigger a weakling, 101:
Me: Seems crass to talk about gun control so early in the wake of our largest mass shooting. I'll simply mention that the president was totally down with restricting guns from people placed on an arbitrary watchlist, so if you're expecting him to champion gun rights I fear you're in for a huge disappointment.
StA:
Keep dancing, my monkey.

OMG that's hilarious. Look in the mirror, princess. You are the one getting butthurt that people are discussing gun control already.
It's totally fine for the democratic party leaders to capitalize on dead bodies to push gun control within 12 hours, but God forbid any of us in this forum discuss how to preempt that! God forbid!
How about, instead of telling people what they are allowed to talk about, you contribute ideas of your own. I am not sure if you got the memo yet, but Americans are just a tad sick and tired of people policing their speech and ideas. If you don't like it, then respond to it, but don't sit there and proclaim something should be offlimits for discussion. I don't even do that when Hillary Clinton uses fifty dead bodies to push for more gun control and to attack the NRA. Just respond to bad ideas with good ideas.
It seems to me that, in the grand scheme of things, it's those with bad ideas (or no ideas at all) who most want to control other people's speech and ideas.

Not butthurt at all. Said I find it crass. Thus I'm opting not to go all political right now.Speaker to Animals wrote:

But even that minor observation triggered you, snowflake.
Man up,
Get tougher.
If you want to be like Hillary you're going to have to grow a bigger pair than that.

LOL
Oh, yes you are.
Dude, get over yourself. You are not the arbiter of what people are allowed to discuss in the aftermath of another mass shooting. People are going to discuss gun control because, like clockwork, the democrats are going to try to immediately capitalize on the shooting to push more legislation and we absolutely have to get out in front of it to preempt them.
And, no, you won't get any chance to "shame" them out of it with your own version of political correctness. Fucking stop with the PC.

Re: BREAKING: Las Vegas Active Shooter
Just a question.
Vegas Hotels and Casinos have more security than any other in the US. How did this guy get 10 guns and ammo, into a room ?
Yeah, it's probably doable in big duffles or something. But wouldn't it be odd for someone making multiple trips ?

...which started with Columbine and Sandy Hook becoming a rallying cry for the NRA to seize the mic on gun control, before it was even brought up politically. Twas not we who fired the first shot, muh friend. Just keep paying those membership dues - they're doing valuable service to your, uh, freedom.Speaker to Animals wrote:LOL

I'm also wondering, as the "wounded" count climbs into multiple hundreds - are these folks wounded by gunfire, or are they counting everyone injured in the fleeing of the venue as "wounded" - because the numbers keep climbing every time I refresh the news.C-Mag wrote:Just a question.

All of the security is focused around the casino. You wouldn't even be questioned for anything short of driving an elephant into the elevator.C-Mag wrote:Just a question.

Re: BREAKING: Las Vegas Active Shooter
Wounded, does not mean directly hurt by gunfire.
You could sneak fucking bodies into and out of a vegas hotel.
