How out of touch can you be?
This is one of the funniest/most telling reactions to the news that Comey was fired. Poor Colbert cannot rely upon his audience to react as they should--are they too stupid? Have they actually been listening to their "leaders?" Could it be a combination of both?
People are stupid--I don't exempt myself--we believe often more than we think. So, when Hillary tells this particular audience how terrible Comey has been, and keeps telling them; and all her cronies say the same exact thing, over and over again, their fans will believe and react in what should be a predictable fashion.
Keep tweeting, Mr. President--we dummies may be losing a little confidence in what the media tells us.
