Carl Bernstein learned of this intel in August and forwarded it to the FBI. He says it's by former MI6 investigator doing oppo research.
This is not 4chan bullshit, it's worth discussing the conclusions of the research, but the people discounting this as fake on account of 4chan are making a mistake.
