I am stuck with genetics that just make bad cholesterol a given in my blood work. So I have to eat mostly white meat cooked in olive oil. Saturated fats end up creating those really bad version of the bad cholesterol that sticks to your artery walls. That Rhonda chick on YouTube explains it pretty well somewhere.
Although.. I really wonder if folks like you tend to not eat many carbs with your saturated fats, and that is why your LDL levels are good.
