Bruce Lee didn't have huge absolute strength, but his relative strength was off the charts and his martial arts skills were great. He was cool as hell and obviously nobody wanted to fuck with him.
Have you seen Crowders Bruce Lee video, basically says, yes Bruce was good at martial arts, but he was Great as a self promoter.
Definitely busts Lee down a notch.
Relative strength level: off the fucking charts.
Go do a one-armed push-up on your index finger and thumb and get back to me.

To be fair, even as a middle-aged fatass, I can do a regular pushup, on 2 fingers. The impressive part is the one-armed pushup itself.

Bruce Lee was a superhuman, no doubt about it.
Finger push-ups are not that hard. But when you do it on one arm, something about it FAR more difficult. The feat is not in the finger strength, but in the core strength, balance, and stabilizer muscles necessary to perform it.
I can only do one-arm push-ups on the eccentric, but even at that easier progression, there's no way I can do it on a finger and thumb. I don't have that kind of balance yet.
Carlus might still be able to do a one-armed push-up. But, if so, try it with the finger-thumb combo and see how far you can get.

A lot of men at the gym are fixated on absolute strength, but they tend to be totally vacant on relative strength, explosiveness, mobility, agility, and flexibility.
It's not just absolute strength. Even a mountain gorilla as strong as he can get has enormous relative strength, explosiveness, and agility.

Hey, I had my Bruce Lee poster when I was a kid. I've always been fascinated by him. Crowder makes some valid points............................. and there is several rebuttal videos out there.
Those stupid neck scarves had better be elasticated, cats can get strangled by dumb shit like that.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

When Crowder figures out how to get below 15% body fat, I will take his criticism of Bruce Lee more seriously.
