I might just be because in here Stockholm where it's really taking of most of the dead are from the immigrant/refugee community. What you foreigners like to call the no-go zones. More than half of the dead are Somali. You don't reach those communities with any info. They don't speak Swedish and a lot of them are illiterate. Now they are trying to rally the local gangster rappers to spread info about the virus.
