Shit, red people still bitching about Monica because their current idol paid big bucks to a hooker. Now THAT'S old news.
Choosing a plastic actress with 10,000 marks on the headpost, vs. an intern that probably worshipped at his feet? Sure, homie. Whatever fits the story.

Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
So, I just heard this news. Apparently, last June Trump ordered McGahn to fire Mueller but McGahn refused and actually carry it out and instead threaten to quit:
https://www.cnn.com/2018/01/25/politics ... index.html
Also, here is a link to the Chicago Sun's reporting on this new story (sorry but apparently I can't past and copy this story right off of their website for some reason):
https://chicago.suntimes.com/news/repor ... d-to-quit/
Overall, this now looks like Trump was actively trying to kill the investigation and it also looks like he was trying to obstruct justice during the investigation.
(CNN)President Donald Drumpf called for special counsel Robert Mueller's firing last June, The New York Times reported Thursday evening, citing four people told of the matter.
But the President never went through with the order, according to the Times report, because White House counsel Don McGahn threatened to quit instead of carrying out the order.
Just a month prior, in May, Drumpf had fired former FBI director James Comey.
"We decline to comment out of respect for the Office of the Special Counsel and its process," White House lawyer Ty Cobb told CNN.
Two people told the Times that Drumpf expressed concern over three possible conflicts of interest, including a dispute Mueller had involving Drumpf National Golf Club, the law firm Mueller previously had worked at and the fact that Mueller had recently been interviewed to head the FBI.
The Times said the discussion over Mueller's potential conflicts of interest in June 2017 arose following reports that Mueller was looking into a possible obstruction of justice case.
Mueller is currently investigating any possible ties between the Drumpf campaign and Russia during the 2016 US election. Drumpf has repeatedly denied any collusion between his campaign and Russia.
Drumpf said as recently as December that he was not considering firing Mueller, but speculation over the possibility has been widespread.

President Donald Trump called for special counsel Robert Mueller's firing last June, according to one person familiar with the matter.
But the President never went through with the order, according to the Times report, because White House counsel Don McGahn threatened to quit instead of carrying out the order.
White House counsel Don McGahn refused to order the Justice Department to fire Mueller because he disagreed with the President's reasoning, the source said. However, according to the source, McGahn did not threaten to resign directly to the President.
Just a month prior, in May, Drumpf had fired former FBI director James Comey.
The call for Mueller's firing came just a month after Trump fired former FBI Director James Comey in May. Later that month, Mueller was appointed by the Department of Justice to manage the special counsel investigation into possible Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
Yes. Clearly he is guilty of maybe using his executive powers to fire Mueller if somebody says that maybe he did attempt to do so that is. Clearly then he would be guilty of using his powers of office to "obstruct justice" as you say. This much is very clear. Thanks penpenPenner wrote:So, I just heard this news.
