Osteen could very well be a raging cock and scummy as all get out, but to me that's an indictment of Osteen as a person, not so much the religious aspect. Instead, GCF's usually looking to smash the whole concept of religion based on the actions of this guy.apeman wrote:

not here to hate, but am skeptical. as a yankee, I understand mega churches about as well as I understand quantum mechanics.

Ain't no such thing, homie. It's just a building for tithe-collection.Luke 17:20-21King James Version (KJV)
20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO It's a totally normal "500-year-storm" that just came out of nowhere (10 years after the last "100 year storm").
We can expect a "2,000-year-storm" somewhere around 2028, I think...

Also, let's be real here, We are so under the norm when it comes to hurricanes hitting the US this decade, it's ridiculous.

Ok, so there are fewer hurricanes, and the ones we have are more severe.
Are we sure that has to be climate change? I mean, it could be, but did any scientist actual properly predict fewer and more raging hurricanes?
Find this source, and you have a leg to stand on, otherwise, everyone is just gonna reveal their biases. Not being a dick, was this anyone's hypothesis?

They've been predicting that for over a decade.apeman wrote:Ok, so there are fewer hurricanes, and the ones we have are more severe.

Inconvenient Truth would be the simplest way to see it, but this has been the theme all along.
