Police are trained that Police Lives are more important than anyone elses. Until Training and Police changes, we will see more of the same.

Until we start recruiting people willing to personally put their ass on the line with little or no backup, until we train them their job is to protect and serve the citizens of this country we will get more of this assemble and cordain off the area, wait for backup, SWAT and leadership to come in, convene a comitee and make a plan.
