Once again they show themselves to be what they accused their enemy of being.

All summer long people said that if Trump calls in the troops to quell the riots in Portland, Minneapolis, etc... that it would prove he's a police state dictator. Look what we have now.
You're going to drive yourself crazy. They have no intention of being honest & forthright; literally, they'd rather lie than tell the truth so there's no way to predict how they'll act.
I quit being angry over every case of hypocrisy a while back. I know exactly what they are. They do not want unity, they want submission. The only fences they want to mend are the ones they will use to confine us into re-education camps.

It's playoff time. Win or go home.

Perfectly stated! +1

Pushback can always happen at the ground level.

No one has ever tried forcing people into train cars in a country where the number of privately owned guns is greater than the population.
/shrug
Ammo expires and guns rust - marxists are targeting the supply - they can wait the right out.
If ammo is stored moderately well, it lasts for at least 100 years. You can buy WWI ammo occasionally and it still works, WWII ammo is relatively easy to come by.

US Troops in Afghanistan early captured working WWI Maxim machine guns, Tommy guns and even Boer War era Martini Henry rifles. WWII weapons can regularly be found in African wars today.

We are likely the most armed nation in history. Official estimates are 400 million guns, I believe it's closer to 600 million. American private citizens buy over 1 Billion rounds a year.

All this, without considering all the people making guns at home, and loading their own ammo.

Disarming the US, is a monumental task.

Give me an example of how it would swing? Where’s the new crop of Libertyists?
Oppression will lead to a new crop. Poland is a good example.

I hope the DNC (probably don't) realizes that if they push too hard they are going to regret it because there will be bloodshed, and I don't think they will realize how bad it will be for them.

I think they believe that they can walk that line forever, just like the Cold War. Inching along and boiling the frog.

And they may be right. Don’t need to disarm everyone to have total control.

They are going for all of it, they will keep moving the goal posts.

I posted yesterday the Jocko podcast where he starts talking about Kulaks. How Kulaks first meant robber baron types, and over a decade it was changed to mean anyone that had any means to grow food, a machine or power tool, then eventually anyone who had any surplus. Stalin finally had to liquidate them.

A year ago I would agree that we are frogs boiling in water. However I strongly believed that they over stepped and they don’t realize it yet. Now they are the frogs in the pot....and the temp dial is cranked all the way up.

I get the same sense, and there are indicators. Like Jocko, who has Never gotten into politics is now saying he is preparing for a dystopian future.

I wonder what preparing for a dystopian future looks like for a SEAL like Jocko with all his knowledge and experiences with insurgencies
