Rape isn't about making babies, or even orgasms, dummies. It's about violence through the use of POWER.

Physically choking a victim or using a gun is one kind of violent power. Extorting sex using children as human ammo is another kind of violent power. Extorting sexual gratification through a social power hierarchy is another. Tricking or threatening a child or mental dependent is yet another. The Bill Cosby pharma method is yet another.

The list goes on and on and on. The common variable is sexual dominance through violent power. Men/women/children/adults/drugged/disabled/employees/students/&c. are all manifestations of the same crime.

I disagree.
Female perpetraitors of sexual crimes are consistently given lighter punishments than males for the same offense. The law does not say female perps should get lighter punishments. This is where societietal views come in. People are arguing before courts that boys are not really victims and in juries arguing it's not that big a deal.
