I think you guys aren't seeing the possibility of a big picture here. But isn't the US is supposed to keep Russia and China in check, Russia is supposed to keep US and China in check, China is supposed to keep Russia and US in check. But Trump might just not keep Russin in check but focus on China. Why because of jobs and the fact that Putin is basically an old business buddy.
Republicans have a history of screwing with the international view of America, often to America's benefit. And hey, I'd love to not have to say this, but Eisenhower and Nixon both got away with it, and I can't say I've seen a more Nixon like start.
Edit: Also, I like Dan and I thought his Trumped episode was fair, but shitfaced Nixon during the cold war is way worse than stone cold sober Trump with the codes.

The fact that some people even think that is a possibility just goes to show how irrational people can be. Dan even bought into the propaganda, despite seeing how Reagan got slandered as Nuclear Hitler, he still can't see how the Democrats just turned around and did the same thing to Trump on steroids. For a guy who talks about history so much, he sure has forgotten the political propaganda that is the go-to of establishment Democrats when facing a populist Republican.
