Except that's not an argument and basically an admission of defeat.

I mean.. even the fucking Iranians managed to steal a top secret stealth drone by GPS spoofing it. This isn't rocket science. Over-reliance on technology is actually a vulnerability.

You can have an impenetrable AI that can perfectly route people to safety, but that doesn't stop people from spoofing GPS so that the smart phones actually direct them to bottlenecks to get killed.

You just don't understand all the ways such systems can be exploited to grasp the problem with your idea.
