No jobs? No bennies? No way to get housing? No illegal immigration.

Sheesh - peeps acting like this is rocket science that only a 400-foot wall will solve.
Drugs, dummie.

It's pointless now, they have a better solution, they can implement a system now which is exponentially better than any wall, they can implement a system right now, which will render most crimes a pointless exercise, the technology is straight out of Phillip K. Dick, do you want the problem solved, or not?
Your solution doesn't sell as well as the wall, you can have your cake and eat it too and it will sell far better than your plan all by itself.
The wall will never be finished, like you say, you're not interested in solving the problem, it's just a political stunt, short term, they'll put some junk in the desert, in a few years it will be a joke, a white elephant, sections of partial wall sitting in the desert doing nothing.

Since only about 30% of Americans approve of the wall as a solution, he is going to have to work very hard to sell the wall. I don't see it as a selling point, truly.

That does nothing to address the drug smuggling, and by your own metric, should not be done, because it doesn't solve EVERYTHING in one fell swoop.
Legalize drugs, cut the cartels off at the knees. Next problem?
Legalize heroin? Meth?

Legalize krokodil?

That's you projecting your opinion of the Wall on the American electorate, they don't think like you Kath, stop assuming that they do. Just because you don't see it as a selling point doesn't mean that they don't, it's strong mental image that is easily visualized, that overrides logic.

Trump haters, suck at picking their battles against Trump. The Tax Plan is a good thing. Inheritance taxes are stupid, so are corporate taxes, and giving people a discount for living in high tax state is also stupid. What's not to like?

FFS Okee. The major problem is marijuana. If we let our border security team do an actual job instead of wasting time on weed, it would go a long way to adding man hours to care for these other, very serious issues.

Our primary issue is that we focus on the tiny non-problems and ignore the very serious problems that are dragging us down. We are the world's leader at spending tons of money to solve problems that don't exist.
