Attacking a political opponents credibility, more like 2D Checkers. That's politics 101, leave it Grumpy to not even be able to think even beyond one dimension, that's how blinded with rage he is when it comes to Trump. Sessions just took a warning shot at state's rights when it comes to marijuana, with a token repeal of an Obama memo to seem tough on drugs, but this is the shit Grumpy focuses on instead, he is incapable of picking good battles against Trump, even a broken clock is right more often than GCF.GrumpyCatFace wrote:Yeah, there's a lot of smoke here. 5-D CHESS!!!Trump’s legal team is seeking to block "any further publication" of Wolff’s upcoming book, which is already No. 1 on Amazon and is set to be released Jan. 9, over its "reckless disregard for the truth."
The book has already led Trump to angrily denounce Bannon.
The legal notice — addressed to author Michael Wolff and the president of the book’s publisher — said Trump’s lawyers were pursuing possible charges including libel in connection with the forthcoming book, "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House."
The letter by Beverly Hills-based attorney Charles J. Harder demanded the publisher, Henry Holt and Co., "immediately cease and desist from any further publication, release or dissemination of the book,” including excerpts and summaries of the book’s contents, and requests a copy of the book in its entirety as they pursue possible legal action."
The lawyers also seek a full copy of the book as part of their investigation.

Former top advisor gets canned. Writes a tell-all book. POTUS loses his shit, and issues a Presidential Statement to say he never liked that guy, and it's all lies. Then sues him for defamation.
Nah, it's all fine.

Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
Why wouldn't he try to distance himself from Bannon? Like I said, politics 101, you need to stop being surprised by politicians bullshiting for their own benefit, it's what they do. Trump isn't beyond the pale here, he's just a regular politician, grow up and quit inflating the importance of a politician lying, as if the sky will fall because a politician acted like a politician, fucking clown you are.GrumpyCatFace wrote:Fucking cartoonish, you are.

This is not distancing. This is a full-blown panic attack over what Bannon might say.StCapps wrote:Why wouldn't he try to distance himself from Bannon? Even worse if there's nothing new in the book. Shows how insanely thin-skinned the POTUS is, continues to erode America's credibility.

Yes it is. He's saying Bannon was bit player in his admin, that's distancing 101. What do you expect him to praise Bannon for attacking him with Democrat talking points instead? Get real. Nothing of import to see here, just GCF reaching for a reason to attack Trump, yet again.GrumpyCatFace wrote:This is not distancing.

Every one of these undercover democrat hacks is like this. After a certain point you have to understand that they aren't operating in good faith. A year ago they wouldn't listen to a word Bannon had to say, but suddenly they decide he's legitimate when he's critical of Trump. They're full of shit.StCapps wrote:Attacking a political opponents credibility, more like 2D Checkers. Picture this happening to Obama or Bushie. Do you think they freak out and sue, and issue a Presidential Statement before the book even comes out?StCapps wrote:Yes it is. Fuck no. They ignore it, and pretend it's all nonsense. This is either complete panic over something damning, or it's an idiotic PR move from an idiotic man.

Everything this guy says is a lie and inconsequential.
Quick, threaten them with lawsuits before they can publish.
Not a good look.

I don't really care what Bannon has to say. I'm interested in the reaction. It's very telling.Okeefenokee wrote:Every one of these undercover democrat hacks is like this.
