Not at all, crimes around attempting to manipulate court rulings and voting should be considered the most serious of all crimes, on par with murder. When your country is based around the concepts of rights, justice, and voting the worst thing that could happen to your country is to have people undermining those tenants. Any kind of jury manipulation should carry a life in prison sentence.

Glad they were not intimidated by the mob and the media. The bad part is that they reached their verdict on a Friday, so expect a whole weekend full of "peaceful protesting".
