What if we used this island to house Syrian refugees? We could charge them each 12k for a one way ticket there that includes a tent, and a mattress. For their use of the island, they could pay the Bahaman government a modest rent. Best of all, the island is pet friendly. Rabies vaccines against feral dog bites, however, are haram, so Muslims must make do without them. If you used the space widely, you could probably fit all of Merkel's muslims on that island.
