Abedin, the top aide to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, used her insecure personal email provider to conduct sensitive work. This guarantees that an account with high-level correspondence in Clinton’s State Department was impacted by one or more of a series of breaches — at least one of which was perpetrated by a “state-sponsored actor.”

That's why they farmed out their IT to private contractors instead of using state department personnel. They knew it was illegal from the start.

Trump recently brought out the unequal justice under the law in regard to control of secret information and Hillary. Trump stated the well known case of the Sailor who was court martialed and found guilty for mishandling classified information.

Guy A gets court martialed, loses his career and benefits, does jail time, but goes out into the world and even though he now has a dishonorable discharge gets a job and works.
Gal B gets off free, still has all her benefits AND Security Clearnance and is still eligible to work in government or run for office.
