A good leader is someone who has the ability to have people follow, even if not in an official leadership role. Trump clearly doesn't do that. He has good ideas and has support of Congress to implement. If he was a natural leader, though, he wouldn't have to tweet insults and threats at our Congress Critters to get their attention.
