No, not on modern politics and civil rights............... that died with the election. He just put out Hardcore History 61, all about Ritual Executions and Man. Focused on the Executions and the Age of Enlightenment. It was a good show.

I think it's part TDS and part a business decision. His audience is no longer a small merry band of rabid individuals on a backwater forum. Can blame him for looking at his pocketbook. But the Dan we thought we knew longer exists and that's sad. It's sad because there is so much going on right now. There is more information out there than ever about the Big Brother Spy state and trashing the 4th Amendment.

He could re-engage like Maverick, down the Migs and land on the Carrier to a Heros welcome still.

I was kind of bitter about how Dan handled everything. And I was really pissed about his mea culpa show on Trump. I trashed him in the thread about it, called him a Yellow Coward........... and subsequently I got us all banned. I was pretty fed up at what I considered a lot of dishonesty from Dan.

But I've quelled my rage, and made peace with it. Dan has to run his own life. He's on originator that has changed a lot of peoples outlook on things. In the end, like told Dan in an email. He's given me a lot more than I ever gave him at a buck a show. So, it's a net gain.

I'm still going to bitch about Dan, and lambast him from time to time. But I respect him and appreciate what he does.

Another one out at the FBI

A notice went out this week for a retirement get-together for Michael Kortan scheduled for Feb. 15. Since 2009, Kortan has served as assistant director for public affairs, an influential job that controlled media access. He also served under former director Robert Mueller, now leading the Russia probe.

Kortan also was front and center during the Hillary Clinton email investigation, and especially in July 2016 — coordinating media coverage and handing out copies of Comey’s public statement recommending against criminal charges in the investigation into mishandling of classified information. Kortan more recently surfaced in text messages released between FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.
