If, not when

The attitude of some during the Cuban missile crisis. Seems unfortunate fpor you that this logic didn't win back then or what?

LOL. "If". Okay. You hang on to that qualification while you obsess over Putin who is not really a threat to us.

The wrong headed assumption being that everytime you go to the Missile Crisis, it turns out like that, and that every Missile Crisis is within the same paradigm as between Khrushchev and Kennedy in 1962 forever and ever until Mikhail Gorbachev always saves the day.

As you go back to the Missile Crisis over and over, it turns out differently each time, and Curtis Lemay only has to be right once, for the jackpot, and Mikhail Gorbachev in unlikely to ride to the rescue over and over, particularly not from Pyongyang.

Now, no doubt the Lefties and Lolbergs will shout "Yawn!" to this, but the DPRK has announced today that they have achieved miniaturized two stage fission-fusion warhead deliverable by ICBM, to wit a hydrogen bomb which could reach the CONUS.

It is of course fashionable to dimiss the NK's as being a bunch of third world dirt farmers who don't know what they're doing and are just talking shit about it, but I do not fall into line with that, I actually find their inherently crash program to be very impressive at this point, and so I take them at their word.

Fully MIRV'd up and ready to go yet? No, not yet, but crash program clock to the fully one sided counterforce window closing, ticking away by the hour, by definition in fact, since just an hour ago, the NK's had not yet declared two stage fission-fusion miniaturization achieved.

Oh, I don't believe that WW3 is imminent or that Putin's going to invade my country. There's a lot that can happen beside an all out nuclear war. Putin's playing a totally different game. It's called "Wreck NATO and make Russia a Great Power again".

He is one of the best players in the game, I have to say.

If Russia poses no threat to incite World War Three, then by implication NATO serves no purpose at that juncture in any case.

Not only was NATO never intended to defend against Russia, even where it was intended to defend against the Soviet Union and associated Warsaw Pact, it was never to prevent that from becoming a Great Power, as clearly it was a Great Power already, the issue was preventing World Socialist Revolution to One World Government by revolutionary force of arms, ultimately two stage fission-fusion arms.

I see no threat of Czar Rooble deposing King Dollah, ergo, what's the big whoop then? If it's not nuclear war, then we don't need NATO, as in a conventional war, the Russians would be hard pressed to take Poland, never mind Western Europe.

New reports are coiming out the North Korea has tested another nuclear bomb:
TOKYO — North Korea has conducted another nuclear test, officials from Japan and South Korea said Sunday after seismic authorities detected an artificial earthquake near the Pyongyang regime’s known nuclear test site.

This would be North Korea’s sixth nuclear test, and the first since President Trump was inaugurated. The action probably will increase already high tensions between the Trump administration and Kim Jong Un’s regime.

The U.S Geological Survey said it had recorded a 6.3 magnitude earthquake exactly at noon Sunday local time, near North Korea’s nuclear test site in Punggye-ri, in the county’s northeast region. The quake was felt in northern China, with emergency sirens blaring in Yanji, near the North Korean border, according to local media.

6.3 magnitude on the Richter scale is a hydrogen bomb.

The United States tested a hydrogen bomb underground at Amchitka Island Alaska in 1971, Operation Grommet, 6.8 magnitude on the Richter scale, and that bomb was 5 megatons yield.

The above ground test equivalent, would be Operation Redwing Tewa, Bikini Atoll, 1956;

If they can build a hydrogen bomb, then I suspect building fission warheads that would fit on their ballistic missiles is well within their capabilities.

Now watch the MSM fail to place the blame for this on Obama and Clinton.
