Listen guy, I'm passionate about this issue, not because of Trump, but because it's about spying on ME.

Here's the deal with these FISA Warrants that are weird and pretty shocking actually. If you get a FISA Warrant on someone, it makes any spying done on them in the past retroactively legal. So, the government is spying on all Americans, quite illegally and hiding it. If they need/want to go after someone, they can call up all the data and meta-data, find what they want, get a FISA Warrant and it's like they Federal Government did nothing wrong. Having a case involving a POTUS being spied on can expose all of this to my fellow American walking zombies and maybe, just maybe we can push back on the spying of innocent civilians.

It's very clear from what we know that there was a strong bias against Trump with the Senior Officials in these agencies. They are dirty cops. What do dirty cops do when they want to get someone and don't have the evidence, they manufacture it. It's not something new, they are essentially planting the drugs under Trumps driver seat with this and acting like it was a routine traffic stop until................. Oh, what's this............. Sir, why do you have heroin under your seat.

Here's the thing... total straight shooting:

Your concerns about the government spying apparatus and FISA process are totally accurate, and justified.

However, I think there is good reason to think that Trump and his team were a little too cozy, possibly illegally cozy, with Russians. Remember, nobody, not even Trump and his team, thought he was actually going to win. With a President Clinton timeline, you have a rich public figure with a platform in Trump, and a media mogul (with Bannon) who had access to 'unnamed sources' with dirt on Clinton that could be used perpetually, and no one would be able to really vigorously pursue them because attacking journalists who are critical of the administration is not a good look. It was a very good plan.

Unfortunately, Trump winning kind of fucked it all directly up by giving the DOJ a really good godamn reason to start scrutinizing every detail of Trump's team, finances, friends, et cetera.

The fact that now this terrible system installed because OMG terrorists is being used against the leader of the free world is just one of those delicious little ironic twists of fate that makes truth stranger than fiction.

Except for one little detail: there exist no facts supporting the notion that Trump ever actually illegally colluded with the Russians.

But there now does exist more than a few pieces of evidence directly implicating the FBI, Obama administration (now including Obama himself), and members of the democratic party with illegally colluding with the Russian government to turn an election.

I maintain my same position............ Investigate Foreign Influence in elections........... but do it legally and investigate both parties.

Christopher Steele is a Foreign Agent, that worked with the DNC to influence our election, and Christopher Steele used information gathered by Russian Agents to put in his dossier.

That's obvious influence by British and Russian Agents in our election. WTF, why isn't Mueller investigating any of that ?

I maintain there is more evidence of the FBI and DOJ willfully using their powers to elevate one candidate over the other in our last Presidential Election.

Hence the term 'possibly.' There is plenty of evidence they were cozy, but no one would have really cared that much if he had lost, and ersatz POTUS Clinton of this other timeline wouldn't be stupid enough to put the full force of the DOJ against the losing candidate and a hostile news organ.

The Dems aren't in charge of anything important right now.

However, I think it is totally plausible that, had Clinton won the white house, the GOP controlled House and Senate would be pushing to investigate, and the traditionally conservative DOJ would probably be on board. That just isn't what happened, so now the all seeing eye is trained on Trump.
